C&F contributes to communities through a variety of actions for sustainability.
C&F continue to support an effort to prevent traffic accidents and victims of traffic accidents through donation to the funds for children whose parents had perished in traffic accident. To fulfill Group mission, transporting and delivering customers' goods without accident nor damage, we also continue small but important activities within our reach.
C&F sponsors a local football team to invigorate communities through the power of sports. To support team members, we establish a framework wherein we offer job opportunities while they are players as well as after they retire.
C&F holds company tours for local residents for them to see and understand what we do as an infrastructure company for food. Elementary school students who participated in a tour shared excellent tour reflections, which motivated employees. C&F continues to conduct tours and provide local residents with these opportunities.

Through a business expansion in Vietnam involving Meito Vietnam and T&M Transportation, C&F contributes to the economic growth and increase in personal income of Vietnamese while also developing the infrastructure of cold chain logistics for food products , and creating employment opportunities.
As for environmental considerations, Meito Vietnam installs solar panels on the roof of its warehouse to generate electricity, equivalent to 25% of entire amount used in that warehouse. C&F endeavors to reduce CO2 emissions in overseas business. (the number of Vietnamese employees: 127)
